hey, my reedie alumnus boyfriend is selling his guitar and thought some of you all might be interested. here's his description: Full size classical guitar made in the 70s available for $150. Good tone quality with no warping and complete fret board. The guitar has recently had work done. Nylon strings and low action make it excellent for beginners, classical guitarists and guitarists who like to accompany themselves. Strings are fairly new. Demonstrations available. Two V. Nice Rooms Available
OUR BASEMENT IS NOW RENTED! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO EMAILED.
Our Eastmoreland home is comprised of three female students who are looking to fill two basement bedrooms as soon as possible. The monthly rent for each room is $275.00 plus the cost of utilities. We can tell you more about ourselves over the phone, through email, or face to face if you would like to schedule a visit!
The first room is not closed off, but our current house mate created walls for herself by hanging a tapestry from the ceiling. This room will be available for rent on December 24th. The second bedroom downstairs is closed off with walls and a door, is rather spacious, and has a large, walk-in closet. This room will be available on January 15. There is a bathroom with a shower in the basement and the laundry room is also downstairs.
Upstairs, there is a nice kitchen, a second bathroom, a dining room full of windows, and a cozy living area with couches and a fireplace. The house as a whole has a lot of light, space and a pleasant atmosphere. Quiet neighbourhood, no street noise.

anyone? I'm thinking of sometime between the 19th and the 22nd of december, I'm pretty flexible. I'm a sophomore/transfer student, majoring in anthro. I don't drive but I'm a nice person and I have gas $$. I live in the RCAs..

Still one room at the Winterhurst Manor
We have one room opening up at my house, which is pretty large and pretty cheap ($285/mo). Multiples are a theme at the house--we have three living rooms and two and a half kitchens (the half is in my bedroom--don't ask me), as well as two bathrooms, one of which is Michael Jackson themed and the other of which is Edward Gorey themed. The MJ bathroom has a large tub, which features decorative jets. There is also a very old sauna, which is not quite as decorative. There are five bedrooms total, so you'd be moving in with four roommates, one female junior religion major, one male Reed alum, one female senior English major, and one female spring-fall linguistics senior-to-be (me). To keep the gender balance, we'd like a guy to move in, but more ladies are not unwelcome. And if you play the piano, we have one of those (though it's somewhat out of tune and its keys are badly beaten). There is also a man living in the "shack in the back," who collects various things, including (but not limited to) lawnmowers, doors, strollers, boats, weight-lifting apparatuses, and possibly fire hydrants. The rent is cheap ($285/mo per person, plus utilities), and it's pretty close to campus. It is located south of Woodstock on 47th Ave, about a mile from campus and roughly a 7 min. walk from Safeway or a 5-ish min. bike ride to campus. another lost coat
Someone walked off with my coat too during the winter formal party. It was in a gigantic pile of coats against against the wall. It's longish and dark green. Dogsitting (TAKEN CARE OF, THANKS)
Hey there,
I'm considering going to India over break and will have to leave my dog, Piper, in the country. I will be gone from December 22nd through January 12th and am looking for someone to take care of her. You could stay at my house (an awesome house south of Woodstock with a fireplace and a backyard) or bring her to yours. Compensation is $250, half when I leave and the other half upon my return. Is anyone interested in either of these options?
About Piper - She's a 2 yo pikachu (14lbs, pekingese-chihuahua), gets along with other dogs, will sleep in your bed, is awesome.
